CIGRE (International Council on Large Electric Systems) er en non-profit international forening bosat i Frankrig med interesse i højspændingstransmission. CIGRE har både individuelle og kollektive medlemmer - ialt ca. 4800 medlemmer fra 60 lande fra alle 5 kontinenter.
